In our continuous endeavour to uphold the sanctity of the democratic process through innovation and excellence, I am proud to announce the formal implementation of the Election Learning Management System, eVidya. It is a digital milestone aimed at enhancing the efficiency and knowledge of our election machinery. This digital initiative marks a significant shift in how we prepare our election machinery, ensuring that every official is equipped with the knowledge and precision required for the seamless conduct of elections. To ensure the highest standards of training for our polling personnel, we have initiated the development of comprehensive digital content through a collaborative effort involving dedicated teams from all 14 districts.

The eVidya ELMS is more than just a digital platform; it is a commitment to uniformity, clarity, and transparency. By using simple, precise language and uniform terminology, we are removing barriers to learning and ensuring that every polling official regardless of their location receives the same high standard of training. I extend my gratitude to the district teams and the State Level Master Trainers for their dedication to this project. Together, through this repository of knowledge, we are building a more informed, confident, and efficient electoral workforce dedicated to the service of the nation.
