About the Platform

The Unified eLearning Management System (LMS) is the Government of Kerala's digital platform for delivering structured, scalable, and accessible learning across the state. It brings together multiple learning systems into a single, unified platform, connecting government departments, public institutions, financial organisations, and citizens.

The platform supports cross-sectoral training, skill development, and awareness programmes of various departments. Through video-based modules, study materials, and assessments, learners can access courses anytime, learn at their own pace, and receive recognised certificates.

This initiative is spearheaded by the Kerala State IT Mission (KSITM), the nodal agency driving e-governance and digital transformation across the state. The platform's technical architecture and development are powered by the Centre for Development of Imaging Technology (C-DIT), an autonomous body specialising in advanced IT solutions and government digital services.
